Hotel Europa - Ancona

Room clean, dinner was a surprising delight.

The double room was new-fashioned, it included central heating, television, and a mini bar fridge. The staff was very pleasant and around most of the time. All the services were excellent. Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Great room,very clean, overall it was a great stay.

Location was a bit distant from the train station but for the price we managed using the bus and walking 4 or 5 blocks.

The breakfast spread was a good surprise, with freshly baked croissants that nearly stole the show! Plus, the restaurant had a great menu, and I indulged in a filling meal with wine and coffee that left me completely satisfied. The bar area, complete with cozy sofas, made for an inviting spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Friendly staff when arriving late after a long journey

I liked the cheerful staff, the quick and prompt service, the breakfast. The location is great for university and hospital visitors or students.

The hotel access to the street is a bit awkward, and it's located uphill and it takes effort to walk back to it. The room prices should be lower. The nearest transportation is really far, so for non car-owners, you will need a taxi to go anywhere.

I was shocked to find a single room instead of the double i booked, and the bedside arrangements were barely tolerable. The air conditioning was a mystery, and the staff treated my concerns like pesky insects. If only they had offered an upgrade or a free drink for the trouble, i could have almost given them a good review-but alas, i just couldn't.

No room service and no facility to make a cup of coffee on rising from bed. No hot breakfast. The lack of a restuarant in the room was offset by restuarant closeby.

Short taxi ride from train station. Cost 15 eur. Recommend restaurant across from Fiat dealership, walk through tunnel under highway. Very good!

The breakfast featured delicious pastries and the staff went all out to solve any issues. The only downside? The room was a bit warm at night, but overall, it was a cozy stay.

Pleasant low-budget place with ideal and exceptionally nice location near to the train station instead of the airport and Italy. Efficient check-in, parking outside. Everything perfectly fine.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast

The restaurant served really tasty dinners that we enjoyed after a long day. Our room was clean and cozy, and everything worked well, like the hot water and the TV. Just wish the air conditioning was a bit cooler at night. Free parking was a plus too!

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a decent bathroom and excellent shower pressure. Breakfast was a good spread, with lovely pastries and fresh fruit that helped start my day right.

Location a bit distant from city center.

the underground secure parking felt really safe for our luggage. the shower was old.
